To convert .mts video files for Samsung Galaxy S24+ playback on Windows, do as below:

Download and install Video Converter on your Windows computer.

Step 1: Import your video files
Click “Add File” to load your video files that you want to convert into this program.

Step 2: Select output format for Samsung Galaxy S24+
Click “Profile” to select “Samsung” > “The corresponding Profile of your Samsung phone “ as output format. This format profile will ensure a good performance while playing with Samsung Galaxy S24+.

If you can’t find a suitable profile for Samsung Galaxy S24+, you can also select it directly, as shown in the following figure.

Tips:
If necessary, you can click “Settings” button to modify video and audio parameters like encoder, resolution, frame rate, bitrate, aspect ratio, sample rate, and audio channels.

Similarly, if you don’t find a suitable profile, you can also set it directly for the general profile, as shown in the figure below

Step 3: Click “Convert” to start.

As soon as the conversion is complete, click “Open Folder” to get the generated MP4 files that are suitable for playing on your Samsung Galaxy S24+. No audio lost issues will occur any more.
