Can't play MP4 files on Xiaomi Redmi K70 Pro

Came upon incompatibility problems playing MP4 videos on Xiaomi Redmi K70 Pro? Due to codec issues, some MP4 files will not play on Xiaomi Redmi K70 Pro. To be able to play these MP4 files, you will need to convert them first.
