To convert .mts video files for Xiaomi Redmi A2+ playback on Windows, do as below:

Download and install Video Converter on your Windows computer.

Step 1: Import your video files
Click “Add File” to load your video files that you want to convert into this program.

Step 2: Select output format for Xiaomi Redmi A2+
Click “Profile” to select “Xiaomi” > “The corresponding Profile of your Xiaomi phone “ as output format. This format profile will ensure a good performance while playing with Xiaomi Redmi A2+.

If you can’t find a suitable profile for Xiaomi Redmi A2+, you can also select it directly, as shown in the following figure.

Tips:

Step 3: Click “Convert” to start.

As soon as the conversion is complete, click “Open Folder” to get the generated MP4 files that are suitable for playing on your Xiaomi Redmi A2+. No audio lost issues will occur any more.
