Failed to play MP4 movies with Xiaomi

Came upon incompatibility problems playing MP4 videos on Xiaomi Redmi 13C 5G? Due to codec issues, some MP4 files will not play on Xiaomi Redmi 13C 5G. To be able to play these MP4 files, you will need to convert them first.
